Image
Long, long ago all crows were white in color. However a crow did not like its white color. It used to dream itself with a white body and blue wings. One day the crow decided to fulfill its desire. In those days the owls used to dye the clothes. The crow approached the owl and requested it: “Please dye my wings with blue colour. It’s my long cherished desire.” The owl stopped its work. It prepared white and blue dyes for the sake of the crow. The crow sat on the ridge of a pot and spread its wings. The owl first applied Blue color.  The crow was immensely happy as it was fulfilling its desire. It could not sit even properly. Its leg was slipped and owing to this, the crow fell into the pot. I am getting the elephant as food for me.” It attached the elephant.  They started fighting severely. The pigeon saw this. It thought of helping its friend. It called the scorpion and said: “Friend! You go and sting that bad lion. Or else the elephant will die before our eyes.” The scorpion went quickly and stung the lion. The groaning lion ran away from that place. The elephant was tired. The pigeon served the elephant by flapping its wings steadily. It bought some juice of leaves and applied to the injuries of the elephant. After some time the elephant was all right.   A few days passed away. One day the bad lion was trapped in a cage. The scorpion saw this. It went to the pigeon and said: “Friend! Honest Friendship

So many days back..... that means thousand of years ago! In those days animals and humans were friendly. Now you know that the cat and the rat, the tiger and the deer are enemies. But in those days they were friends. At that time a dog and a elephant were inseparable friends. The dog could know the taste of the food just by smell. The elephant had no such capacity. The elephant requested the dog: “You should help me. You should identify which food is good and which is not. You should also tell me which food I can eat and which I can not.” Thenceforth the dog helped the elephant in identifying the good food.  The elephant happily ate the food as suggested by the dog. Ramaiah lived in a village nearby the forest. One day he travelled across the forest. He saw the elephant and the dog on the way. A bad idea was flashed in the mind of Ramaiah. He thought: ‘We don’t have this type of a dog in our village. Somehow or other I will take this dog wi...
